What they wanted

A 50-room boutique hotel in Liverpool wanted to retire its single-use plastic in-room programme before April’s Plastic Packaging Tax tightening. The GM wanted a quietly premium replacement that read as a brand decision rather than a cost cut, and a supplier who would handle multi-site dispatches if the parent group rolled the same programme to a sister property later. We sized the run for eighteen months and held a holding portion in the UK warehouse.

We were paying forty-two pence a bottle for plastic we then paid to dispose of. The maths on Everflow is the easiest case I’ve made to ownership in a long time.
