Terms of business.

Default payment terms are 30 days net from invoice date for established account holders, and pro forma for first orders. We invoice on dispatch of stocked SKUs, or on agreed milestones for larger projects.

Late payment may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We would always rather have a conversation than charge interest, and will.

Lead times stated on the quote are working days from the date of accepted PO and cleared payment (where applicable). Stocked SKUs ship in five working days. Non-stocked variants stretch to ten to fourteen days.

Delivery is palletised to a UK mainland or Northern Ireland address, courier of our choosing, signed-for. If we miss a stated lead time on a stocked SKU, your next bulk order ships free.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery and signature.

Everflow bottles ship Everflow-branded. The bottle is the product. We do not provide a customisation service: bottles are not engraved, pad-printed, or wrapped with customer-supplied artwork.

You may state in your own marketing materials that you stock or supply Everflow bottles, and use the Everflow wordmark for that purpose, provided the use is factual, not endorsement-implying, and does not modify the wordmark. We can supply press assets on request.

If a delivery arrives short, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery. We replace the affected units within one working day, at our cost, on our courier.

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers fitness-for-purpose: if your team genuinely does not use the bottles, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the order and arrange recycling of the bottles back into the supply chain.

You may cancel a confirmed order before production has begun, at no charge. Once production has started on a non-stocked variant, the order may attract a partial cancellation fee reflecting work-in-progress.

Stocked SKU orders can be cancelled up to the day before dispatch. After dispatch, the defects and 30-day satisfaction policies apply instead.

Our liability for any single order is capped at the value of that order, save where liability cannot be limited by law (death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter under UK consumer or commercial law that prohibits limitation).

We do not exclude or limit any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK legislation.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
