Cookies.

What we set, why, and how to opt out.

Essential

The site uses no essential cookies in its current state. There is no login, no shopping cart, and no preference store that requires cookies to function. The pages render the same for every visitor.

If we add an essential cookie in future (for example, a session token if a customer login is added), it will be listed here with its name, purpose, and retention.

Analytics

We plan to add Plausible Analytics for aggregate traffic data. Plausible can be configured cookieless and without sending personal identifiers. When it is wired up, this section will list the configuration we use and confirm that no cookie is set.

Functional

We do not use functional cookies, embedded social widgets, behavioural advertising trackers, fingerprinting, session replay, or third-party chat widgets. If we add any, they will be listed here before they are deployed.

Manage preferences

There is nothing to opt in or out of in the current state, so there is no consent banner. When non-essential cookies are added, we will surface an explicit opt-in (UK PECR / GDPR requires opt-in, not opt-out) and a preference link in the footer.

You can also use your browser’s privacy controls to clear or block cookies for any site, including this one.
