What they wanted
A six-site Yorkshire free-house group wanted reusable bottles to sell behind the bar alongside the soft-drink push, and to use as loyalty drops for quiz nights and live-music regulars. The brand manager wanted one PO across all six sites, one invoice, and palletised dispatch to each individual address on a schedule the publicans signed off. No site-specific lockups; the bottle is the brand.
